Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of warehouse assistants in materials handling activities, including:
- Receiving and processing incoming materials
- Applying labels to materials
- Moving pallets
- Re-palletizing materials
- Retrieving raw materials from cold rooms
- Returning raw materials to pallet positions
- Monitor and manage inventory control, establishing SOPs for warehouse operations
- Coordinate daily planning for inbound and outbound activities to support smooth production execution
- Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and GMP/EHS procedure violations
- Plan routine cycle counting activities, including physical counting and data entry
- Maintain accurate documentation and data in the SAP system
- Oversee all outbound shipments, ensuring they are packed and shipped on time
- Enforce safe and clean work environment practices

- Minimum 7 years in a GMP environment and 3 years in warehouse supervisory roles
- Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and hours, including overtime when required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Possessing a valid forklift license and ability to operate Reach Truck and VNA is an advantage
- Prior experience working with SAP and MES systems is preferred
