a) Support the client in production / industrial engineering activities throughout the product realization activity

b) Study the Project requirements

c) Study the Concept design, development and production support of “tooling equipment” like Jigs and fixtures by employing ‘Computer Aided Design’ (CAD), for all components

d) Understand the Feasibility evaluation and testing of the tooling equipment

e) Prepare “3D CAD models” for the components in confirmation with the client’s standard operating procedures and practices for each production process.

f) Coordination of ECO (Engineering Change Orders) activity as per manufacturing customer’s standards and procedures through the use of SAP tools.

g) Understanding and familiarization of the customer’s product and process requirements and training the delivery support team accordingly.

REQUIRMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES

h) Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B. Tech: equivalent to BS/ Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering.

i) 3-6 years of experience in CAD and ECO coordination.

j) Knowledge of Solidworks software is required.
