    The country's largest operating waste-to-energy plant, converting waste into electricity while reducing reliance on landfills.

Employment Details

  • Salary Range:
    SGD 2,700 – SGD 7,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
  • Contract Type:
    1-year contract, with strong potential for

Job Scope Summary

  • During Construction (IWMF):
    Oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning of systems with consultants and contractors.
  • During Operations (TSIP):
    Lead or support maintenance teams, manage contractors, ensure smooth plant operations, and enforce safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Development (Construction Phase):

  • Collaborate with contractors and agencies on design, construction, and installation.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Participate in local/overseas Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), testing, and commissioning.

Operations & Maintenance (Plant Phase):

  • Lead or coordinate technical teams in supporting daily operations.
  • Manage preventive maintenance and equipment overhauls (turbines, generators, motors, switchgears, control systems).
  • Administer service contracts and supervise contractors' work.
  • Support SOP development, testing programs, and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Perform rotating shift work as required to ensure continuous operations.

Role Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Nitec in Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders (fresh grads considered)
  • Certifications such as
    Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), Boiler Attendant, WSH Officer
    are an advantage
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; knowledge of waste-to-energy/waste management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with
    Navisworks, Primavera P6
    an advantage
  • Mature, resourceful, and able to work independently and in teams
  • Willing to work in waste-to-energy facilities and perform rotating shift duties
  • Medical declaration and/or additional assessments may be required as part of shortlisting
