• Lead engineering teams across Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, and Structural disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and implement engineering execution strategies and project engineering plans in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and technical requirements.

• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and high-value engineering centers (HVECs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate M&E engagements with consultants and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Document and disseminate outcomes of stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure consultants capture all stakeholder requirements accurately.
• Monitor design and construction timelines to align with overall project milestones.
• Prepare and present M&E design proposals for Management approval.
• Review contract packaging and specifications (e.g. T&C, maintenance post-DLP).
• Support site coordination including technical clarifications, mock-up reviews, and T&C processes.

Requirement

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Min. 8 years of relevant experience, with project management exposure preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IT systems, integration, and smart technologies will be an advantage.
