As an Aircraft Repair & Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out preventive maintenance checks on aircraft systems, including structural, electrical, and electronic components.

We're seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our clients team, specializing in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing GNC systems for various aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop GNC systems for spacecraft, aircraft, and missiles
• Analyze and simulate GNC system performance using tools like MATLAB and Python
• Develop and implement algorithms for navigation, guidance, and control

• Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance work

Various job responsibilities include performing heavy maintenance tasks, inspecting and examining aircraft components for leaks, cracks or defects, reading and utilizing drawings, maintenance manuals, ATA codes, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments. Additional responsibilities include routine maintenance operations such as replacement of power plant and aircraft components, daily and weekly inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions and missing segments. All tasks must be completed in the allotted timeframe and meet the quality standards of the company, customers, and authority.

Other duties include ordering supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance, keeping detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

You will develop advanced algorithms for route planning, optimization, and swarming using off-the-shelf drone platforms , with the potential to integrate LiDAR sensors and 4G communication dongles. The role involves significant fieldwork and hands-on experience in real-world drone operations. The ultimate goal is to develop a Ground Control Station (GCS) for managing drone fleets efficiently in inspection tasks.

• Algorithm Development : Design and implement robust algorithms for route planning, optimization, and multi-drone swarming.
• Drone Integration : Work with off-the-shelf drone platforms and additional hardware (LiDAR, 4G dongles).
