How you will make an impact:

1. Lead in the identification and ensure implementation of opportunities to optimize/improve manufacturing processes including using engineering methods (e.g., SIX Sigma and LEAN methods) employing technical design skills to re-design/design of and ensure equipment, tools, fixtures, etc. are up to standards.
2. Drive the development and manage the execution of complex experiments and tests (including writing and executing protocols) on a simple product line to qualify and validate manufacturing processes; analyze results, make recommendations, and develop reports.
3. Train, coach, and guide lower level employees on more complex procedures.
4. Oversee manufacturing support tasks; give instruction to engineers/technicians on conducting tests; train engineers/technicians and provide feedback; and coordinate engineer/technician work.
5. Lead and establish complex project plans to ensure deliverables are completed to customer’s expectations, using project management tools (e.g., Project Plan, Risk Analysis, etc.).
6. Analyze and resolve complex Manufacturing and Compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances, audit observations).
7. Develop training and documentation materials (e.g., work instructions) for production to enable the seamless knowledge transfer of project and manufacturing processes.
8. Other incidental duties.

What you'll need (Required):

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific field, minimum of 6 years of experience, including either industry or industry/education.
2. Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific field, minimum of 5 years of experience, including either industry or industry/education Required.
3. Ph.D. or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific field, minimum of 2 years of experience, including either industry or industry/education Required.

• We are looking for candidate who is interested in technology development in advanced CMOS and eNVM process integration and device areas.
• To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
• To work with different teams (process module, device, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes
• To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
• To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
• Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
• To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues

• The candidate shall be accountable to define embedded High Voltage/BCDMOS processes compatible to GlobalFoundries baseline CMOS in cost effective manner.
• The candidate shall be accountable to design and characterize high voltage devices like DDD MOS, LDMOS and VDMOS etc.
• Candidate shall also be accountable to define and establish high voltage process/device design rules for the competitive device and process performance.
• He/she shall also be accountable to do systematic design of experiment for process and device development /performance/reliability optimization.
• He/she shall be accountable to have detailed technical interaction/discussion with cross functional technical teams like Modules, TCAD, SPICE and PDK teams etc to get unit module setup, process/device simulation, modeling and enablement done for the processes developed.
• He/she shall also be accountable to debug and solve High Voltage CMOS/ BCDMOS process/device problems.
• It is also the accountability of the candidate to provide mentorship to fresh (device/integration) engineers/AEs.
• To be responsible to interact with internal & external customers and respond to customers' technical queries.
• To innovate new methods of continuous High Voltage process/device improvements

• Master's degree Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience (2 years with PhD) in technology development, device design, debugging and process integration in manufacturing environment.
• Device physics knowledge is essential

• Ability to independently carry out Conceptual or Basic, Front End Engineering Design and detailed engineering of Mechanical Rotating equipment.

• Education:Bachelor degree (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
• Required experience:Min ten (10) years in carrying out Conceptual, FEED and Detailed Engineering of Mechanical of Rotating Equipment .
  Conversant in Rotating Mechanical Equipment, Air Compressors, Product Pumps and packages, fire-fighting pumps and equipment, marine loading arm, gas turbine, steam turbine, conveyor system, etc.
  Familiar with related industrial codes including ASME B&PV, API, ANSI, ISO, relating to equipment mechanical design.
  Experience in Testing & Commissioning and Operations will be an added advantage.

• Perform feasibility study, concept design, front end engineering design (FEED) and detailed designs for civil & structural (C&S) works in industrial/energy related projects. The C&S design will cover foundation, substructure for storage tanks, pipe racks/sleepers/bridge, equipment plinths/foundation, underground pipeline culvert, drainage, sewerage, road infrastructures, superstructures for low-rise buildings/structures, etc.
