The Business Development & Sales Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and supporting student recruitment activities, focusing on markets in Singapore, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Cambodia. The role involves working closely with agents, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive enrollment, enhance market presence, and develop strong relationships with key industry players.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Student Recruitment

  1. Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for Singapore, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Cambodia.
  2. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with local and overseas education agents, ensuring alignment with SFMS recruitment objectives.
  3. Conduct school tours for prospective students, parents, and partners, providing post-tour follow-ups to drive enrollment.
  4. Attend education fairs, roadshows, and networking events to promote SFMS and increase brand visibility in the target markets.
  5. Maintain and evaluate agent performance according to the Agent Management System to ensure productivity and quality recruitment.
  6. Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new students.

Marketing & Promotion

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute advertising and promotional activities aligned with SFMS’s business development strategy.
  2. Support the development of social media content and digital campaigns targeting students and parents in the assigned markets.
  3. Ensure marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, are localized and relevant to target audiences.
  4. Maintain consistent corporate branding across all external communications and recruitment materials.

International Partnerships & Exchange Programs

  1. Identify and establish partnerships with schools, institutions, and education service providers to enhance SFMS’s international outreach.
  2. Develop and implement innovative concepts for immersion programs, ensuring they meet institutional goals and student interests.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including teachers and administrators, to design and execute successful exchange programs.
  4. Manage logistics, including venue bookings and material preparation for program participants.
  5. Facilitate application processes, communication with participants, and enrollment procedures for exchange programs.
  6. Ensure compliance with SFMS’s policies and procedures related to international student recruitment and exchange activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.

· Strong understanding of the education landscape in Singapore; knowledge of the education systems in Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Cambodia is a plus.

· Experience working with international student recruitment agencies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

· Proficiency in English and either Japanese or Thai is required.

· Willingness to travel for recruitment activities and events.
