  • Establish and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up and response to all customers' requests.
  • Handling customer RFQ by sending quotation and following closely for quotation status.
  • Attend to customer's requirements & coordinate on the necessary support until order is fulfilled.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics, planners, purchasers, production, QA, and accounts receivable teams to process customer orders from purchasing order receipt through to invoicing and payments.
  • Analyse and prepare forecast data for internal purchasing and planning.

  • Observe and comply with the company's safety and health system, safe work procedures and instructions, as well as safety policy and rules.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Possess a technical background in manufacturing industries.
  • Have experience in managing projects, interacting with customers, and collaborating with internal teams.
