The Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager supports the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular the General Manager, Operations Manager, Finance Manager and Human Resources Manager. This role will provide support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Business Development issues of the brand and the hotel as well as maintain the corporate standards, brand integrity and hotel image.

- Location: East
- Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm
- Salary: up to $6,000 (Depending on experiences)
• Identifying and developing new share up business/clients via sales activities.
• Generating new share up, new sales leads, negotiating contract and closing sales on assigned accounts.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding expected sales targets.
• Meeting potential clients and building positive relationships by effective sales actions according to the sales target drawn by company.
• Attending to customers feedback/complaints and following up with high-quality sales services.
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
• Researching the market to identify viable potential clients and narrow down prospects.
• Acting as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure and deal with their queries, problems, or issues appropriately.
• Preparing periodical reports and meeting the submission deadline.
• Sales presentations to prospective assigned clients.
• Establishing, developing and maintaining existing business and customer relationships.
• As the main facilitator to manage Account Receivables for assigned accounts.
• Professionalism interaction & approaches with all stakeholders (internal & external).
Job Requirement
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Sales of Ocean Freight Business in the Shipping Line company or Freight Forwarding company.
• Must have good knowledge for Ocean Freight Export / Import sales and operation.
• Enough understanding of Ocean Freight operation both of FCL (including reefer container) and LCL.
• Must have an experience to propose the service by using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Have an open-minded mindset to learn & provide guidance.
• Must be brisk, active and quick work
• Need quick response and reporting in case of any irregularities
• Must be accurate regarding create the report.
• Must be time-bound on job completion (i.e. within the set turn-around time, need to complete task)
