Cross-Functional Collaboration

Strategic Projects

  • Lead high-impact projects such as M&A integration, sales force restructuring, or new product launch support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10 - 15 years in sales operations, strategy consulting, or business analytics, with 3+ years in cloud/IT industry.
  • Global Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud adoption trends and cultural nuances across Global markets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud economics (TCO models, consumption-based pricing).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead cross-cultural teams.

JOB SUMMARY

The Director, Sales Performance is a responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing data led sales programs across all Affluent Banking segments. As the Regional Sales Director for Asia, you will be responsible for driving WSO2’s commercial success across India and the rest of the Asia region. Qualifications and Skills
  • 15+ years of experience in account management or sales within the enterprise software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of API management, integration, IAM, or similar technologies.
  • Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets.
  • FINS background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts and prioritize based on client needs and potential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
