Responsibilities
Lead a team of sales operations professionals in the execution of sales strategies.
Develop and implement processes and best practices to ensure successful sales outcomes.

- Revenue Process Optimization: Design and implement streamlined processes to align sales, business units, operations, enhance revenue execution and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, CS/inside sales, business units, operations, and finance leaders to align strategies, ensuring seamless coordination across revenue-generating functions.
- Data & Analytics: Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI reporting using tools like CRM or business analytic tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Technology & Systems Management: Optimize the revenue tech stack (e.g., CRM, ERP systems) to support integration and scalability, collaborating with IT and cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Team Leadership and Talent Development: Lead and mentor a small revenue operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with tools, processes, and insights to improve pipeline velocity and deal closure rates, without directly managing sales.
- Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure revenue processes comply with company compliance standards in export control, audit, legal compliance.
- Knowledge Transfer Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge transfer, standard operating procedures, and ensuring operational continuity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

The Assistant Director of Sales will support the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the sales team and driving efforts to achieve the hotel's revenue objectives. This role entails managing and nurturing relationships with corporate accounts across Singapore, Indonesia, and other designated markets. Responsibilities include qualifying and evaluating business opportunities, soliciting group and individual bookings, coordinating weddings and catering events, and generating leads to meet budgetary targets and sales goals.
job will involve analyzing market trends and developing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, and coordinate site visits.
- Build up good rapport and teamwork with relevant departments of the hotels and resorts under the Company.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to align pricing and promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Ensure that sales policies and procedures are followed, and that goals are achieved in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

- Keep track of competitors regarding special promotions and rate packages
- Plan, promote, recommend and upsell all promotional campaigns for the hotels and resorts not limiting to Food and Beverage packages, recreation activities and hotel/resort room nights.
- Prepare and communicate proposals and contracts to customers.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and update the management.
- Track and share information regarding new business trends.
- Understand factors that affect the market, inform management accordingly and develop strategies and action plan.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- All other aspects of sales and revenue as directed by the Company.
