Day-to-Day
- Contacting customers to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decisions.
- Contacting customers to upsell them remotely.
- Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, deliveries, returns.
Requirements
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, data entry is a plus but not essential.
- F&B experience is not required at all.
- Comfortable working with computers.
- Proficiency in English, and Mandarin is required. Other dialects are a bonus.
Salary
- SGD 2500 to 3100, incentives based on personal and team performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2, $3,300.00 per month
Education:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation for clients.
- Support clients by recommending suitable materials or signage types (e.g. acrylic, 3D box-up, banners, stickers, etc.).
- Learn about the different advertising materials and fabrication methods.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
Requirements
- No prior experience required — training will be provided. (having experience is bonus)
- Knowledge or interest in advertising materials (3D signage, acrylic, box-up, banners, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
