• Strong knowledge of GMP, 5S, and production process flows
• Familiar with production planning, SOP writing, and lean manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Navision, SAP)
• Experience in fragrance compounding, batching, and filling processes is a strong plus

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order
