**POSITION OVERVIEW**
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Asia Pacific commercial team, helping to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and deal acceleration. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, strategy and execution of the field marketing plan. This position works closely with the broader marketing team, sales, and product teams to drive programs (live and virtual) with the goal of generating quality leads, pipeline, and building customer relationships.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES**

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & WORK TRAITS**
+ An understanding of demand generation best practices, principles and tactics
+ Experience working in close partnership with sales leadership
+ New product launch experience
+ Experience managing events and conferences of all levels, as well as speaking engagements
+ Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple programs with self-sufficiency and agility
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence
+ Travel as required, up to 40% of the time

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:**
+ 5+ years of proven marketing experience in field marketing, event marketing and/or demand generation; B2B SaaS experience a plus
+ Experience in Medical Device or Biotech preferred
+ Proficient in CRM tools and marketing automation
+ Ability to work with marketing analytics tools to track performance, analyze data and generate insights

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Executive to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing and branding efforts for ValueMax Group. Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Communications & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans and campaigns to support business units (e.g. jewellery retail, wholesale gold trading and financial services).

- Craft compelling content for brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, and in-store signage.
- Support seasonal campaigns (e.g., Chinese New Year, Great Singapore Sale) and promotions.
- Track campaign effectiveness, sales uplift, CRM opt-in growth and report outcome.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Plan and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

- Ensure timely updates on company websites and social platforms.
3. Public Relations & Media
- Draft and edit press releases, announcements, and media responses.

4. Events & Customer Engagement
- Support planning and execution of customer engagement initiatives such as roadshows, in-store events, and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for events and CSR activities.
5. Internal Communications
- Assist with internal communications including staff whatsapp group messages, posters, and corporate announcements. Align outlet teams to ensure campaign readiness.
- Ensure consistent corporate identity and messaging across internal platforms.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills (English and Mandarin proficiency preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is an advantage.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Good project management skills and attention to detail.
