- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors, creative and media agencies for all aspects of campaigns
- At least 5 years’ proven track record in managing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns with minimum guidance
- Good understanding or prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry will be an added advantage
- Obsess about customers, constantly listen, engage, and act for their benefit
- Ability to think big, work independently and have curiosity to discover ways to enable business outcomes
- Self-driven, good team player and proactive with excellent project management skills, strong relationship management and attention to details
- Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Good understanding of the insurance or financial products
- Aptitude for aesthetics and content writing is a plus
