OverviewRole Mission: We're seeking a data-savvy, AI-empowered Content Marketing Manager to own our content strategy and drive measurable digital growth. - Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, engagement) using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership/Mentorship: Lead copywriters and designers to produce content that supports performance marketing and website programmes.
- Proven SEO/AEO Expertise: Deep understanding of technical SEO/AEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research, and emerging trends (e.g. Answer engine optimisation (AEO), AI etc).
- Leadership/Team Experience: This role will be empowered to build a world-class content team to support performance marketing and website programmes to drive growth.
