**The Role**
The Strategic Events Specialist, APAC is a key support role within the Global Strategic Events team, responsible for assisting with the execution of MongoDB's most strategic events through end-to-end coordination and content support. **Responsibilities**
+ Provide hands-on support for the planning and execution of first-party events, including MongoDB.local programs, and third party events, like tradeshows and conferences
+ Assist with event logistics such as registration, signage, materials preparation, vendor communication, shipping, scheduling, etc
+ Help ensure cross-functional alignment by coordinating with field/strategic marketing, revenue marketing, DevRel, product marketing, and other teams
+ Work closely with the Strategic Event Operations team to support campaign execution, lead flow management, and sponsorship fulfillment
+ Maintain accurate event data, track key metrics, and assist in post-event reporting
