- Continuously test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and creative strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads and other platforms.
- Proficiency in ad campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Experience in Women’s apparel industry in Europe Country is preferred.
