Deal with and manage feedback and complaints from the public and tenants tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract
Design and disseminate advance notice for works and regular updates to the public through pamphlets, letters and other publicity materials approved by the authorities
Organise engagement and outreach activities to the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage
Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary
Prepare a monthly report to update on any feedback and complaints received and the respective actions taken in response
Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders
Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case
Perform site inspections, handle public concerns and issues
To promote and maintain a good relationship with the public and tenants throughout various stages of the construction project
Perform other public relations tasks or duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit
Requirements:
Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent, with at least 3 years' working related experience as a PRO in the construction industry.
Resourceful, positive and able to work independently
A team player with strong sense of responsibility
Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), as the role requires liaising with clients who speak either language.
Experience in building construction industry is an added advantage
