- Plan and execute public relations programs to enhance project visibility and community engagement.
- Address and resolve conflicts, feedback, and complaints related to the project in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Client to implement necessary actions and follow up on resolutions.
- Initiate dialogue with property owners, management corporations, Resident Committees, Citizens' Consultative Committees, Town Councils, and other relevant parties as directed.

- Provide support and assistance for functions and events organized by the S.O. or other relevant parties.
- Experience in the field of public relations with appropriate qualifications.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
