- Is comfortable with MS Office and SAP (or similar systems)
- Brings basic technical knowledge to support troubleshooting on the floor
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- 4-day work week ~15 working days/month
- Includes 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch per shift
- Optional overtime available
- Pay & Allowances: $2,700 – $,000/month (including OT & shift allowance)
- Shift Allowances: Up to 15/day (Day) | Up to 25/day (Night)
- Bonuses: 13th-month + performance bonus (up to 2 months)

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
+ Responsible for allocating responsibilities and overseeing operations for assigned area and lines whilst monitoring productivity rates against established targets.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and drive collaborative efforts required to deliver quality and compliance performance for shift.
+ Initiate, manage and make decisions which impact product quality.
+ Model and promote behaviors that ensure delivery of high quality products for our customers while championing compliance with Abbott policies and procedures, meeting all local and statutory requirements.
+ Accountable for shopfloor incident investigation and reporting for assigned area, coupled with timely escalation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
+ Track, trend and continuously improve performance for overtime, OEE, production (unit/hour, pound/hour), MUV, Scrap and CIP for assigned areas.
+ Promoted and drive continuous improvement programs using Operational Excellence tools and methodologies in processes/procedures in the shift for root cause analysis and resolution of issues.
+ Drive OEE performance, understand the drivers, and develop and execute plans around improvement of line performance and quality metrics with support from direct manager.
+ Actively plan and organize the day to day manufacturing operations and schedules.
+ Anticipate and drive proper alignment and prioritization between manufacturing and support teams.
+ Coach and direct individuals and the team to meet performance goals and objectives.
+ Lead efforts required to deliver the EHS performance for the shift/line of accountability.
+ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry.
+ Possess excellent oral and written communication.
+ Possess coaching and development skill.
+ Possess change management and problem-solving skills.
+ Possess control knowledge

+ Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
+ Experience working on Continuous Improvement Projects

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to take charge of daily plant and production line operations.
