Responsibilities
Machine Setup & Operation:
Prepare and start up injection molding machines, ensuring they are set to the correct parameters for specific materials and molds.
Process Monitoring:
Monitor the molding process to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on produced parts using measuring devices like calipers and optical comparators to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve issues with materials, equipment, or the production process that lead to defects or downtime.
Maintenance:
Conduct daily inspections and perform preventive maintenance on molding machines and related auxiliary equipment.
Documentation:
Keep detailed records of process changes, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
Collaboration:

Technical Skills:

Maintenance Engineer (Metal Injection Molding )-$4500
This role is critical to maintaining high equipment availability across Metal Injection Molding (MIM) operations.
Experience with CMMS, Python scripting, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) integration.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on key equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
Support data collection and feature extraction for predictive maintenance models.
Assist in deploying machine learning algorithms in collaboration with the data analytics team.
Work closely with IT/Digital/Automation teams to integrate sensor and equipment data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and real-time dashboards.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records and prepare for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities; able to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control logic diagrams.
Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and basic machine learning concepts is an advantage.
