The Job: (Multiple Openings)

  • CNC & Machining Engineering

  • CNC machining, tooling, jigs & fixtures, tolerance analysis, CAD/CAM, and troubleshooting of metal/plastic parts.

  • Molding & Assembly Engineering

  • Plastic injection molding, automated assembly & lamination, robotic arms, precision jigs/fixtures, laser assembly processes.

  • Surface Treatment Engineering

  • Processes such as anodizing, electroplating, etching, polishing, sandblasting, and coating/masking for consumer electronics.

  • Chemical Process & Cleaning Engineering

  • Handling cleaning techniques, chemical composition, plating, surface preparation, and process troubleshooting under EHS standards.

  • Process Development & Quality Engineering

  • Developing, validating, and improving processes to ensure products meet dimensional, cosmetic, and performance requirements.

  • Equipment & Inspection Engineering

  • Operating and maintaining inspection equipment (CMM, AOI, dimensional testers), analyzing defects, and supporting quality assurance.

Qualifications & Requirements
