- Establish process steps to produce in-house-made parts and meet customer expectations in terms of quality, lead time, cost, and technological needs, without compromising health and safety.
- Create process routing (work instructions) & BOM in BaaN, and prepare an Inspection Method Sheet (IMS)/checklist.
- Read and interpret 2D drawing, 3D model and customer specifications on drawing.

- Perform sustaining engineering work (documentation of the process, optimization of resources, support production team, resolving technical/quality issues).
