About the Team
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner leader to partner with senior leaders and drive the strategic people agenda across our rapidly evolving business. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that support organizational growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and optimize talent. Specifically, you will:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives directly drive organizational performance and growth.

- Collaborate with HR peers across Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to implement holistic, integrated solutions that support the overall business strategy.
- This position will require international business trips 50% of the time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and above.
- 10+ years experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in the tech industry.
- 5+ years experience leading a global team, with direct people management experience leading teams of at least 10 members.
- Proven ability to drive talent development, organization design, and performance management initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with 500+ employees.
- Expertise in leveraging advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights, inform strategic decision-making, and measure the impact of HR programs.
- Proven experience with labor market practices and employment regulations in APAC, EMEA, and AMS, as evidenced by successful design and implementation of HR policies/programs across these regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, professional background in HR compliance and Legal is a plus.
- Direct experience supporting engineering or R&D teams in a high-growth tech environment, particularly in scaling teams globally.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, global organization, with the ability to adapt HR strategies to meet the needs of diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
