Scan & update of Service Report to NAS
Scan & update of Incoming DO/AWB/INVOICE from Suppliers to NAS
Deliver goods to customers when required
Onsite support: Onsite PM & troubleshooting of RADIOLOGY EQUIPMENTS, DIAGNOSTIC MONITORS & PC & ACCESSORIES, NURSE CALL SYSTEM, OPERATING LIGHT
Onsite DVD/USB counter record update & sign the log check with customer on monthly basis
Onsite support, Preventive Maintainance & troubleshooting of automatic dicom DVD/USB burner & PACS system
contact customer to resolve pending case id on daily basis
Prepare & Report of technicaL GUIDELINES
Provide technical information for pre-bid and tender specifications
Completes timesheets within the allocated time frame
Roster standby support of after office work when REQUIRED (HAVING OT PAYMENT)
Requirements

Primary Position Objective
The primary role of a Field Service Technician is to be a team-player in the Service team, delivering quality service to our client. This candidate must possess good relevant technical skillsets and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
- Support organization's objectives and policies.
- Responsible for all assigned tasks, not limited to installation, training, repair and maintaining the equipment in a timely manner so to achieve the needed customer satisfaction.
- Review and support the Shift Lead on all equipment issues and performances so to prepare the customer report.
- Report all tools and test equipment in ensuring they are properly calibrated and maintained.
- Seeks to provide technical support to customers and other service professionals as required.
- Support all ad-hoc projects.
- Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written.
- Exercises every available measure to control and minimize costs.
- All other duties assigned by the Shift Lead including oversea projects.
Qualifications
Education/Training
Diploma or equivalent technical training on Electrical/ Electronic, IT, Hydraulics and Air-conditioning Systems. Candidates on Higher Nitec with relevant experience will be considered as well.
Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
Knowledge/Skills
Individuals should possess good communications skills and have a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork. Must be responsive to all customer issues at all times. Class 3 driving license is strongly preferred.
Supervises
While supervision is not considered a primary responsibility of this position, there may be instances where supervision of others on a project basis may be required

- Technical/vocational qualifications (e.g., NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma) preferred; candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered. Minimum 2–3 years of field service or maintenance experience with electro-mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to independently install, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate equipment.
- Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics.
- Competent in basic IT applications, with familiarity in mobile applications and remote monitoring systems.
