Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

• The role involves conducting routine monitoring and spot checks of building facilities such as the central chiller system, cooling towers, pumps, AHU, compressors, BMS, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Responsibilities include attending to all facility works and M&E installations, coordinating with contractors on repair works, providing support to production and assisting in machine installations.
