Key Responsibilities:
- Create and estimate bids for Building Management System projects, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver accurate estimates.
- Lead the tender bid process, coordinating inputs from stakeholders and ensuring win themes are clear and concise.
- Work closely with Sales and Technical Teams to develop a unified sales strategy and provide technical support.
- Support the handover of solutions to Project Teams for successful projects.
- Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids, guaranteeing all products/services are included in the final bid.
- Partner with vendors to formulate comprehensive solutions.
- Continuously improve bid estimation through value engineering techniques.
- Develop written technical proposals and complete tender bids.
- Meet deadlines for each tender bid and ensure timely submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar field and tender bidding process.
- Sound technical knowledge of BMS-related industry.
- Experienced skillset and experience in green field projects bidding process.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Viso.
- Ability to work with people at all levels and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Good work ethics and results orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, independence, resourcefulness, and analytical thinking.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing distributor and contractor relationships, driving revenue growth through project-based sales, and leading a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Project Sales
- Develop and execute a channel-led project sales strategy for Singapore, focusing on distributors, system integrators, and M&E contractors.
- Collaborate with key partners on joint business plans to grow market share in construction-related projects.
- Build strong relationships with principal contractors, project consultants, and developers to drive early engagement during the design/specification stage.
Business Development
- Identify and track major construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across private and public sectors.
- Drive conversion from design/specification to procurement and delivery, ensuring channel capability aligns with project needs.
Product & Market Integration
- Promote and cross-sell the full product portfolio across different verticals including residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare.
- Customize channel training and value propositions to suit segment-specific needs.
Leadership & Internal Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team across Sales, Marketing, and Technical functions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven ability to lead and scale sales teams with a performance-driven approach.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s developer, contractor, and M&E consultant network.
- Demonstrated experience in working with distributors on project-based sales cycles.
- Excellent commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to navigate a multinational matrix environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Electrical or Building Engineering is a plus).
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
