Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Solution Delivery - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Siemens APS solutions (Opcenter APS, Preactor) for complex manufacturing clients.
- Workshops & Requirement Gathering - Facilitate workshops with global customers to capture business logic, define scheduling strategies, and translate requirements into scalable APS solutions.
- ERP/MES Integration - Ensure seamless integration with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, Opcenter Execution), enabling closed-loop planning and scheduling.
- Optimization & Innovation - Develop simulation algorithms and advanced scheduling logic to enhance planning accuracy, reduce cycle times, and improve profitability.
- Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement - Partner with sales teams to deliver demos, proposals, and APS best practices, supporting solution mapping and business case justification.
- Training & Adoption - Conduct training for end-users, developers, and consultants, ensuring successful system adoption and reducing post-implementation support.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement - Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and drive process enhancements to sustain long-term client value.
Experience :
- At least 12 years in Advanced Planning & Scheduling, with global project leadership.
- Proven track record in Siemens Opcenter APS full-cycle implementations across Fortune 100 and multi-site manufacturing clients.
- Strong background in production scheduling, material and capacity planning, and constraint-based optimization.
Key Achievements:
- Reduced global client planning cycles from 2 days to 30 minutes , improving productivity at least 10% per site.
- Designed simulation models increasing pharmaceutical client profitability by 10% to 15% .
