- Working closely with a team of maintenance colleagues to ensure all jobs are performed safely, to a high standard of workmanship, and according to the specifications and SOPs
- Monitor and oversee the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors to ensure works are completed according to specifications
- Possess hands-on experience and having a hands-on approach to getting work completed in the repair and maintenance of cold room systems, equipment, machinery, building fixtures and fittings including electrical works
- Conduct daily facility inspections and identify any defects or potential issues Perform maintenance and repair with machinery equipment etc., Refrigerant Systems indoor/outdoor units, compressor, evaporator, condenser, cooling tower
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting and minor repair on materials handling equipment
- Perform maintenance Fire Detection System, Ammonia Plant and Oxygen Reduction System Conduct PM (Preventive Maintenance and Checklist) duties.
- Work in close coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Executive Facilities Maintenance to fulfill assigned work orders (WO)
- Work as a Team/Individual depending on the work assignment
