  • Lead the end-to-end production of training videos, including:

Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting Firm (Global)
  • Position Title: Audit Manager (Technical & Training)
  • Working Location: Central
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:45 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Salary Package: Up to $8,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing client/audit team working papers on the appropriateness of asset/ liability carrying amounts measured using fair or recoverable values.
  • Perform independent valuations for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, etc.
  • Conduct market and industry research.
  • Construct and analyze financial models.
  • Develop financial models and establish best practices, workflows, and procedures in related areas.
  • Perform financial modelling and forecasting using various methods and tools.
  • Review valuation reports for inaccuracies.
  • Identify gaps in valuation reports and suggest improvements.
  • Understand and apply financial reporting standards; pose relevant challenges and questions on key inputs and assumptions used by management.
  • Guide the team in amending reports to clearly articulate valuation conclusions.
  • Engage in technical research and consultations, including writing technical publications, reviewing and developing technical working paper templates and training materials, and facilitating/conducting technical training sessions.
  • Review and develop training programs, coordinate and conduct training, and monitor CPE hours for audit professionals.
  • Participate in other ad-hoc projects as required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 5 years of audit experience, preferably from an international public accounting firm.
  • A demonstrated deep passion for specialization in technical research and professional training.
