This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 1-2 fast food outlets. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive business results and deliver high-quality customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Results: Achieve sales targets and contribute to positive business outcomes.
• Safety & Quality Systems Control: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to quality systems.
• People Management: Lead and manage a team of employees, focusing on morale, training, and development.

Requirements:
