Job Overview
As a Analyst, Marketing innovation, Burger King APAC , you will be responsible for partnering with internal & external stakeholders in the execution of regional marketing priorities. You will support in analyzing data, building brand & innovation strategies, product development, consumer research, and project management in the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team including Field Sales, R&D, Procurement, Quality Assurance, External Agencies and Franchisee partners.
Your responsibilities:
Brand
- Track brand health in top APAC markets and identify opportunities to grow brand consideration
- Guide franchisee partners on local campaign executions
- Roll out global brand campaigns and partnerships in relevant markets
- Be the guardian of brand guidelines and facilitate compliance in creative assets across markets
- Monitor competitive & consumer trends in the region
- Manage the development and launch of new Burger King products for the APAC region, including initial concept development, consumer research, market launch and performance monitoring
- Guide franchisee teams on product innovation, product standards, and research guidelines
- Act as a guardian for product standards and manage the product approval process
- Collect & analyze product performance data and synthesize learnings post launch
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B or FMCG
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
- Strong interest in brand marketing and consumer behavior
- Strong problem-solving skills and bring analytical thinking to complex situations
- Can conduct data analysis to find meaningful insights
- Project management experience, with high levels of ownership
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at higher levels internally and externally
- Ambitious individual but an even stronger team player

Job Overview
This role will lead strategic projects, shape the innovation roadmap, and deliver exceptional guest experiences by developing new products that define the Burger King brand in the APAC region. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, growth-oriented leader with creativity, drive, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
This position is based in Singapore and requires 5 days per week office attendance. Ability to travel within the APAC region might be necessary.

- Develop a robust portfolio strategy by identifying key growth opportunities based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Drive innovation projects from concept development through to market rollout, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guest preferences.

- Lead research initiatives to validate hypotheses and uncover key consumer insights that guide product innovation.
- Collaborate with NPD and brand teams to conceptualize products that align with Burger King’s unique brand identity and resonate with guests.
- Cross-functional Project Leadership:
- Serve as the project manager for innovation initiatives, engaging cross-functional teams with a clear roadmap and timeline.
- Effectively influence and communicate the growth story to internal and external stakeholders using consumer data and strategic insights.
- Sustainability & Market Trends:
- Lead projects focused on sustainability targets, contributing to Burger King’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Maintain a network of partners and suppliers, staying informed on technology and market trends that impact the food and beverage industry.
- Portfolio Governance:
- Administer global portfolio governance, ensuring cohesive product strategy and alignment with overall business goals.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in marketing innovation, with a strong track record of delivering growth through product innovation.
- Experience in leading consumer research, with the ability to draw actionable insights and collaborate with research agencies.
- Previous experience in FMCG/QSR/F&B industry is highly desired.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make strategic recommendations.

Job Overview
As a Brand & Innovation Senior Analyst at Burger King APAC, you will be responsible for partnering with internal & external stakeholders in the execution of regional marketing priorities. You will support in analyzing data, building brand & innovation strategies, product development, consumer research, and project management in the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team including sales, R&D, procurement, QA, external agencies, suppliers and franchisee partners.
Roles And Responsibilities
Brand
- Lead analysis on brand health tracking in top APAC markets and identify opportunities to grow total BK brand funnel
- Collaborate with franchisee partners and internal stakeholders (such as field sales) to localize global brand campaigns and partnerships in relevant markets
- Codify best practices and influence franchisee partners on excellent execution of local campaigns
- Be the guardian of brand guidelines and facilitate compliance in creative assets across markets
- Monitor competitive & consumer trends in the region
- Lead analysis on business / sales data to identify innovation opportunities in the region, and share recommendations that are relevant and actionable for local markets
- Collaborate with internal (i.e. marketing analytics, field sales) and external stakeholders (i.e. suppliers, research agencies) in the development and launch of new Burger King products for the APAC region, including initial concept development, consumer research, market launch and performance monitoring

- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal partners (eg. Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance) and work with external suppliers and agencies to test products, bring these to market or resolve issues with existing products.

You will support in analyzing data, building brand & innovation strategies, product development, consumer research, and project management in the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team including sales, R&D, procurement, QA, external agencies, suppliers and franchisee partners.
Roles And Responsibilities
Brand
- Lead analysis on brand health tracking in top APAC markets and identify opportunities to grow total BK brand funnel
- Collaborate with franchisee partners and internal stakeholders (such as field sales) to localize global brand campaigns and partnerships in relevant markets
- Codify best practices and influence franchisee partners on excellent execution of local campaigns
- Be the guardian of brand guidelines and facilitate compliance in creative assets across markets
- Monitor competitive & consumer trends in the region
- Lead analysis on business / sales data to identify innovation opportunities in the region, and share recommendations that are relevant and actionable for local markets
- Collaborate with internal (i.e. marketing analytics, field sales) and external stakeholders (i.e. suppliers, research agencies) in the development and launch of new Burger King products for the APAC region, including initial concept development, consumer research, market launch and performance monitoring
- Codify best practices and guide franchisee teams on product innovation, product standards, and consumer testing
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal partners (eg. Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance) and work with external suppliers and agencies to test products, bring these to market or resolve issues with existing products.
- Collect & analyze product performance data and synthesize learnings post launch
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/ Marketing
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing or Product Innovation in F&B or FMCG
- Experience in crafting, developing, and commercializing new innovations
- Strong interest in brand marketing and consumer behavior
- Strong problem-solving skills and bring analytical thinking to complex situations
- Can conduct data analysis to find meaningful insights
- Project management experience, with high levels of ownership
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at higher levels internally and externally
- Ambitious individual who is an even stronger team player
- Strong communication and relationship management skills

The role requires working with and assisting other members of the Food Services team and Hospital staff to ensure that all patients receive prescribed foods, and guests and staff receive requested food following hospital sanitization and safety procedures.
Responsibilities- Deliver complete and accurate trays, food requests, and collecting soiled trays while adhering to the departmental policies and procedures for tray delivery and pickup
- Verify patients’ meal selections for food items served on the tray and rectify any mistakes
- Participate in restaurant-style cold/hot production in preparing select food items for meal service
- Act upon patient meal requests either by resolving the issue directly or alerting issues to the control room or operations executive
- Adhere to the hospital and departmental hand hygiene policy and procedures and other food service regulations at all times
- Operate equipment for the meal service, including coffeemaker, toaster, microwave oven, and other necessary equipment for meal service
- Clean and sanitize equipment according to the departmental policy
- Monitor, collect, and record operation-specific data for administrative purposes
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager
- Assist in orientation and on-the-job training of new Food Service Team members
- Assist with plating tasks when necessary
