Job Title: Facility Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Surface Disinfection: Disinfect surfaces within the facility, including desks, countertops, and communal areas.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues for repair.
• Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Perform specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep cleaning services as needed.
• Routine Inspections: Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional cleaning or maintenance.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ad-Hoc Cleaning: Perform ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required.

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/ Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Min 5 years working experience in CNC machines and equipment maintenance and repair works in the manufacturing environment
• Min 5 years working experience in building facilities in the manufacturing environment

We are seeking a Facility Engineer to lead the maintenance and energy efficiency efforts within our facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the plant's infrastructure, equipment, and systems operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational efficiency of plant facilities and equipment.
