Restaurant Operations Manager

Candidates are responsible for the overall management of the restaurant's operations. This includes ensuring smooth day-to-day functions, maintaining high service standards, and meeting sales targets.

  • Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant, including efficiently achieving sales targets and enforcing HDC standards.
  • Solicit customer feedback to understand customer needs and wants.
  • Consistently monitor product and labour costs to remain within budget.

What you will be working on

As a member of the Strategy and Planning department, you will drive CPF Board's strategic future and lead strategic planning initiatives to strengthen governance frameworks while working directly with Board members and senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will
International Engagement
Drive CPF Board's participation in international retirement and pension system networks
Identify and evaluate strategic learning opportunities and partnerships globally
Develop and maintain relationships with international counterparts and industry leaders
Governance & Policy
Design and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and policies
Establish clear operational guidelines defining the CPF Board's roles, responsibilities, and powers
Ensure CPF Board's compliance with trustee obligations and regulatory requirements

Board Secretariat Management
Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, Pre-Board sessions, and special engagements
