Job Descriptions:

• Provide support, troubleshooting and maintenance on mobile phones.

• Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android phone.

• Training will be provided for potential candidate with some experience.

• Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new phone application.

• Customer oriented with good communication skills , keen to learn.

Ideal Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year's hands-on and working experience in a similar capacity
• Must have the following skills: Samsung phone hardware and software troubleshooting, iPhone Hardware Assembling and Disassembling, Testing and Diagnostic software
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
• 5½-day work week, 11am - 8pm
• Experience in some basic motherboard soldering would be advantageous.

Job Description:

• Provide IT hardware service and support on desktops, laptops and printers for end users and corporate customers. This includes, but not limited to breakfix, installation, deployment, relocation and ad-hoc projects.
• Provide timely update to customers on service appointment, service status till closure of the services incidents.
• Work closely with dispatchers, leads and supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed and closed timely.
• Timely escalation to supervisor on customers’ satisfaction issues and technical challenges
• Timely, Proper and accurate accounting of parts. This includes but not limited.
• Should the Company require to compensate customers on misuse, discrepant or damage parts due to negligence of staff, the company reserves the right to seek reimbursement for such mishandling.
• Adhere to coding guideline and diagnostic compliance set forward by company from time-to-time.
• Ensuring BFT and SLA are met.

We are seeking a dedicated **Service & Repair Technician (NDT)** to join our **_Aerospace_** team in **_Gul Circle, Singapore_** . The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support and assist Repair Operations team in NDT Process and inspection on aerospace components in the test methods such as FPI.
+ Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable manuals such as NDT Honeywell Manual, CMM, IRM, S PM
+ Identify and document defects in materials, structures, and components
+ Can prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection results
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
+ Train and mentor junior inspectors
+ Attend audits with regulatory, customer and internal network audit
+ ?Build and sustain the performance of the production line with minimal disruptions to the operations in terms of yield, rework, scrap
+ Implement new process or methods in ensuring the productivity of the line through continuous improvement methodologies
+ ?Build an integrative inspection procedure to suit the end deliverables of the site
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Educational background: NITEC/NTC/ITE or equivalent.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in **NDT** testing and inspection ( **FPI** )
+ Certification in relevant **?** NDT methods (FPI Level II)
+ ?Proficient in the use of NDT equipment and software
+ Knowledge of various NDT techniques such as magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, and visual testing
+ Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, develop analysis and make recommendations.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or anomalies
+ Willing to work on permanent night shift
