Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (Alternate Sat half day 8.30am -12.30pm)
Additional requirements: Must be open to night walks with MP to visit residents, and available for OT, weekends, and public holidays for events.
Salary: $4500 to $5000
Job requirements- At least a bachelor’s degree in Building, Estate Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in estate management.
- Experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
- Reporting to the General Manager, lead a team of Property Officers in daily facilities management operations.
- Inspect routine maintenance and improvement works, and provide advisory on facilities management matters.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with relevant agencies and contractors.
