As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be based at the Changi East Project Office, the site of the future Terminal 5 building.
Job Description
The main responsibilities for this position include planning, designing and construction/project management of the high/low voltage power distribution system, electrical building services and power equipment, vertical transport systems, fire alarm system, lighting, and lightning protection for Changi East development.
You will work closely with the team and consultants to ensure code and regulatory compliance; as well as quality, reliability, resiliency, efficiency, and maintainability of the system. You shall also work with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, managing, coordinating, and interfacing for construction implementation to ensure construction is carried out safely, within budget and schedule, to meet the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Good degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 12 years of relevant working experience in:
1. Planning, designing and project management of high/low voltage electrical power distribution systems and building services for large scale infrastructure or commercial development.
2. Mechanical, Electric, Plumbing (MEP) project management experience in large and complex projects. - Possess good experience in planning, designing and implementation of high voltage electrical substation and distribution systems.
- Experience in power monitoring and control systems for electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the design codes and standards for M&E systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, with assertive and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently to deliver results.
- A good team player and able to handle fast paced projects.
This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of our projects, directly contracted or subcontracted under main contractors. This role will lead all Electrical and ELV system works, involving CCTV, Access Control, Network, Telephone, UPS, and Electrical infrastructure.
The selected candidate must have strong command of site execution, safety compliance, and cross-disciplinary coordination to independently deliver this high-profile project on time, within scope, and in line with stringent safety standards imposed by the main contractor or end client.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end (project inception, planning, execution and completion) execution of the full M&E scope (CCTV, Access Control, Network, Telephone, UPS, Electrical ) on-site.

- Collaborate with in-house QS, procurement, and engineering teams for seamless delivery.
Technical Oversight
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements before submission.

- Drive testing and commissioning processes to meet completion deadlines.
Project Control & Reporting
- Track daily progress and report weekly/monthly updates to HQ.
- Monitor cost control, material orders, and claims.
