Responsibilities

- Acting as key client proxy for initiating client instructions, tracking & monitoring transactions, preparing relevant administrative loan documentation & instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promptly recognizing and appropriately escalating issues to Management. Manage meetings and travel arrangements of RMs.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years' experience in a banking service role.
- You possess knowledge of banking products and services such as foreign exchange, bonds, equities, derivatives, fund management products and financial structures.
- You're familiar with bank and regulatory requirements.
- It helps that you're meticulous and a great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

The Office of Academic Services (OAS) plays a key role in advancing the University’s educational goals and supporting the provision and governance of academic learning in NTU. We provide the end-to-end academic services from the time of their matriculation to their graduation, creating positive impacts on the academic journey of all 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate (coursework and research) students during their study in NTU.
This position is instrumental in driving the digital transformation and data governance of academic services through the implementation of an integrated Academic Services Student Management System and Academic Services Blueprint. The role will lead end-to-end system development initiatives from design through to launch, as well as champion the digitisation of academic and administrative processes using emerging technologies such as Generative AI and low-code platforms
As a key enabler and catalyst for change, the job holder will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to modernise service delivery, enhance the student experience, and improve operational efficiency. The role will support continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring systems remain effective, scalable, and aligned with NTU’s evolving institutional needs. In addition, the position will contribute to strengthening governance frameworks and enabling data-driven decision-making across academic and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of the Academic Services Blueprint and integrated Student Management Systems, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Oversee end-to-end project planning, requirements gathering, system implementation, testing, and post-launch evaluation.
- Drive process automation and digitisation initiatives using Generative AI, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate the academic service experience for students and faculty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including central offices, faculties, system vendors, the Student Management System (SMS) team, PMO, and IT, to gather and validate business requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead change management and user enablement efforts, including communication strategies, training development, and rollout planning, to ensure successful adoption and sustained use of new systems and processes.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement, working with technical teams and business users to troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
- Maintain high-quality project documentation, including business and functional specifications, change logs, and decision records, in line with governance and audit requirements.
- Conduct research and benchmarking of global best practices in student systems, academic technologies, and digital transformation. Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive innovation and service excellence.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by collaborating with data teams to ensure data accuracy, support the development of self-service dashboards, and uphold data governance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Education, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role leading system or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in academic services, project management, and large-scale systems implementation. Proficiency with automation and digitisation tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI chatbots, low-code workflow platforms) is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end digital transformation or system implementation projects in an academic or similar environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset and high professional integrity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions, negotiate with diverse stakeholders, and deliver clear, impactful presentations.
