The DBS Leader, SEA & ANZ will become expert in DBS Growth tools, gain deep insights of operating companies, and develop cross-functional & cross-Danaher businesses leadership to drive results. The DBS Leader will be a critical part of the Regional Leadership team to support & accelerate growth initiatives of Danaher/ Danaher's Operating Companies (OpCo's) in the region, allowing them to meet their Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
This position reports to the Regional President, SEA & ANZ and is part of the Danaher Corporation family located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Stimulate growth by leading focused DBS events to drive incremental revenue growth across the region. Drive targeted PD and KPI results at targeted mentored domains/focus areas by leveraging DBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process.
+ Drive the adoption & implementation of growth equation to help Danaher businesse achieve growth in the Region.
+ Build deep understanding of market trend and segmentation, competition, and customer needs, drive the development of innovative solutions.
+ Implement, improve, and sustain foundational sales and marketing effectiveness processes including funnel management, visibility Kaizens and transformative marketing, follow through the execution to ensure achieving tangible results.
+ Work with commercial teams (sales, marketing, and customer care) to install and drive good daily management and problem-solving processes; build appropriate standard work and weekly/monthly performance scorecards for enhanced visual management.
+ Assist company leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap. Provide DBS training and coaching; improve DBS training and facilitation skills by increasing the pool of certified practitioners.
+ Organize and lead key events such as Growth Conference and President Kaizen.
+ Assist the regional president on the development and implementation of platform/cross OpCo strategic initiatives. Lead by doing to promote DBS for results mentality. Build growth culture and sustainability.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Business Degree / MBA from a reputable business school
+ 15+ years of commercial (Sales, Marketing, Customer facing roles) in a matrix regional environment.
+ Leadership Experience in driving process improvement, change management in commercial environments.
+ Strong communication skills & problem solving, structuring and analytical skills. Data driven, able to derive key insights that drive strategic decisions.
+ Hands-on, able to think strategically, but also able to translate this into operational roadmaps and implement on a timely manner
+ Ability to influence others - must be able to inform, convince, and persuade others to action using DBS to drive sustainable results. Ability to partner with multiple groups of stakeholders. Ability to inspire & lead a team effectively,
+ Customer Focus: Dedicated to exceeding expectations of customers; uses Voice of Customer to drive improvements in process and services; establishes and grows effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect through mutual unfiltered feedback.
+ Ability to prioritize quickly to focus on the critical few to drive action.

+ Ability to travel about 20%

The Index & Data Solutions team (IDS) is responsible for the index and data strategy for the firm and the management of the commercial relationships with each provider. The Operations team within IDS handles all market data and index requests and works with the vendors to address various reporting, invoice processing and other needs in timely manner. The group is comprised of three key areas: Client Onboarding & Servicing, Market Data Operations, and Index Licensing Operations and has team members in Princeton, Atlanta, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Singapore and Budapest.
**Role Description:**
We are looking for a Vice President to join our Client Onboarding and Servicing team in Singapore to manage a small team of talented Singapore based individuals, both overseeing and contributing meaningfully to Aladdin Client Market Data support function. This candidate will (i) partner closely with the Aladdin Business to ensure a seamless Market Data onboarding experience for our clients as part of their Aladdin integration (ii) face off with external clients providing guidance and expertise for their Market Data needs and requirements through the Aladdin platform (iii) practice and encourage operational discipline ensuring all terms and conditions for use of third party data are strictly adhered to (iv) drive collaborative efforts with cross-functional leads in partnering teams to implement protocols and solutions to keep up with the evolving landscape of the Market Data space and the Aladdin Business (v) provide coaching and mentorship across the team, working alongside IDS leadership to further develop our global operations function.

LEADERSHIP

Lead the data team and manage third-party service providers. Influence business peers and promote a data-centric approach to problem-solving. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Ensure appropriate balance between insourced and outsourced activities, best align to the values of the organization and the financial budget.

DATA PRODUCT OWNER

Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of KASM Data Platform. Manage the support, maintenance, security and data quality. Translate business demand into actionable requirements. Lead the innovation of data capabilities through Machine Learning and AI implementation. Democratize data, enable data self-service and develop data driven products and platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business analytics, statistics, data science, or STEM disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of data analytics techniques, tools, and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data protection regulations.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts, data engineering and data scientists.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

As a Procurement Category Manager, you will create and implement sourcing strategies for the Energy Infrastructure category and collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce risks and costs for Amazon. Additionally, you will drive results through methods that include competitive bidding, negotiating, and analyzing data and market trends for your category. You will also create global Procurement processes and tools to drive innovation across teams. The ideal candidate thinks long term, drives multiple initiatives, and communicates appropriately and influences customers and suppliers at all levels. You must be collaborative, but also work with significant autonomy. To be successful in this role you must be highly analytical; think strategically and globally; have a sense of urgency to meet customer timelines; exhibit curiosity and learning drive; succeed in a fast-paced environment; engage and influence key stakeholders; and have a high level of customer focus and business judgement. Also, you must have a demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects and driving them to completion to meet business objectives.
