The DBS Leader, SEA & ANZ will become expert in DBS Growth tools, gain deep insights of operating companies, and develop cross-functional & cross-Danaher businesses leadership to drive results. The DBS Leader will be a critical part of the Regional Leadership team to support & accelerate growth initiatives of Danaher/ Danaher's Operating Companies (OpCo's) in the region, allowing them to meet their Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
This position reports to the Regional President, SEA & ANZ and is part of the Danaher Corporation family located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Stimulate growth by leading focused DBS events to drive incremental revenue growth across the region. Drive targeted PD and KPI results at targeted mentored domains/focus areas by leveraging DBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process.
+ Drive the adoption & implementation of growth equation to help Danaher businesse achieve growth in the Region.
+ Build deep understanding of market trend and segmentation, competition, and customer needs, drive the development of innovative solutions.
+ Implement, improve, and sustain foundational sales and marketing effectiveness processes including funnel management, visibility Kaizens and transformative marketing, follow through the execution to ensure achieving tangible results.
+ Work with commercial teams (sales, marketing, and customer care) to install and drive good daily management and problem-solving processes; build appropriate standard work and weekly/monthly performance scorecards for enhanced visual management.
+ Assist company leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap. Provide DBS training and coaching; improve DBS training and facilitation skills by increasing the pool of certified practitioners.
+ Organize and lead key events such as Growth Conference and President Kaizen.
+ Assist the regional president on the development and implementation of platform/cross OpCo strategic initiatives. Lead by doing to promote DBS for results mentality. Build growth culture and sustainability.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Business Degree / MBA from a reputable business school
+ 15+ years of commercial (Sales, Marketing, Customer facing roles) in a matrix regional environment.
+ Leadership Experience in driving process improvement, change management in commercial environments.
+ Strong communication skills & problem solving, structuring and analytical skills. Data driven, able to derive key insights that drive strategic decisions.
+ Hands-on, able to think strategically, but also able to translate this into operational roadmaps and implement on a timely manner
+ Ability to influence others - must be able to inform, convince, and persuade others to action using DBS to drive sustainable results. Ability to partner with multiple groups of stakeholders. Ability to inspire & lead a team effectively,

Team Introduction
Asia Development is a newly established function focused on enhancing patient outcomes in the region by delivering faster and more effectively. It aims to strengthen R&D in Asia by leveraging regional expertise and global capabilities to drive sustainable impact.
The Asia Development Innovative Data Solutions team consists of visionary thought leaders who harness the power of data and cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML to solve business challenges and drive impact. From unlocking insights to streamlining processes and accelerating timelines, the team delivers solutions that go beyond execution. Working collaboratively with teams across GSK, they combine expertise to co-create innovative approaches that enable better outcomes for patients and communities in Asia and beyond.
Position Summary
This role will lead a dynamic team of 4-6 data experts across Asia. As a people manager, you will develop the skills of your direct reports on both technical and professional topics. Your highly motivated team will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of data solutions in partnership with other teams. The role will elevate the voice of Asia in R&D on data-related and innovation topics. Collaboration is key, as you will work with cross-functional teams centrally and regionally to ensure data solutions align with business needs. The initial focus will be on Japan and China.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a new team of 4-6 experts to design and deliver data solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Coach your team in their roles as Asia data solution business owners, Asia data experts for central solutions, and Citizen Technology Leads.
- Deliver a portfolio of Asia data solutions in partnership with other internal teams, including technology teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify innovative opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced technology, including AI/ML, to enhance capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful data solutions.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
- Experience in Product Model and Agile mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of advanced techniques, including AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience with citizen technology tools (e.g., Power BI, PowerApps).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, change management, project management methodologies, or design thinking.
Work Arrangement:
This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week in Singapore, Shanghai, or Tokyo.
