• Following up banking product orders and keeping track of client's transaction maturity for Fixed Deposits, unit trusts, loans, FX etc

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or comparable
• At least 1-2 years of work experience within commercial/ corporate banking

• Contribute to architectural decisions and implementation of our market data platforms, both strategically and day to day
• Drive our platform development using a range of technologies, and collaborate closely with other quant, trading and core engineering teams

• Excellent academic record computer science or in a relevant quantitative field such as physics, mathematics, statistics, engineering

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java 8 or above
• Experience building multi-threaded/concurrent or low-latency systems
• Prior experience in building trading/front office platforms

• Design, build and maintain a high-performance, high-availability, high-capacity, yet nimble and adaptive platform for transaction cost analytics and execution research
• Develop highly reliable data ingestion processes to consume large volumes of data emitted by trading and market data systems
• Design distributed computation infrastructure and libraries to run parallelized queries over large volumes of data
• Design, build and maintain applications to monitor performance of trading strategies in relation to the market in real time
• Use data to guide decision-making, developing or enhancing tools as necessary to collect it
• Communication with traders, sales, clients and compliance officers about new feature requests, explanation of existing features etc

• Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience
• Core Java Developer with min. 1 year of experience
• Experience of developing and managing high volume, distributed, real-time transaction processing systems
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development and Business Driven Development
• Experience with OO design, performant data structures and algorithms
• Experience of databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Linux / Unix skills including scripting (shell)
• Beneficial background knowledge/experience as below:

• Manage existing portfolio.
• Maintain customer relationships
• Initiate syndication loan, term loan and trade finance business and market the bank's products to corporations in Singapore and the region.
• Have strong financial analysis skills, evaluate and process credit applications for timely approval, prepare loan/security documents, and promote customer active utilization of the facilities.
• Have better understanding of different corporate industries, initiate and participate in industry surveys and deliver industry investigation reports for Head Office.
• Have the ability to summarize corporate signature cases and prepare PPT and articles to promote among Head Office and domestic branches, have strong presentation skills.
• Explore and expand new corporate customer relationships
• Communicate with Head Office and local active banks and other different stakeholders within banking industry, proactively to make sure deal run smoothly.
• Good understanding and knowledge of relevant compliance and risk regulations

Requirements:

• Recognised University Degree with min. 5-7 years' experience in corporate banking, covering major corporate client relationships.
• Have strong financial analysis skills, project financing experience preferred.
• Positive working attitude, respond to the task assigned timely and responsibly and a good team player
