Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the HOD in the planning, managing and implementing the company's strategy; proactively collect data and information related to the operation and development of the Company (macro-economics, policies and regulations, etc.); timely research and evaluate industrial structure and industry dynamics; conduct strategic analysis and management benchmarking; Develop strategic plans and roadmaps through communications with teams of front, middle and back office;
- Responsible for the development and management of the Company's investment projects, including market research, business negotiation, due diligence, financial modeling, feasibility study and implementation of various projects;
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of reform and restructuring plans for the Company and its subsidiaries and associated companies; organise and implement corporate actions such as division, merger, bankruptcy, reorganisation of the Company;

- Responsible for reporting of strategy plan and other investment related matters to the Parent Group Company, liaise with different departments on all other corporate management matters;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Corporate Development & Investment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Investment/ Finance/ related field or equivalent;
- Min. 5 years relevant working experience in project development, project management, and financial modeling, preferably in commodities trading companies;
- Knowledge of oil & gas industry especially the upstream and downstream expertise in aviation fuel field is preferred;
- Possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business savvy and financial acumen;
- Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
- Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
