We are building a brand-new M&A team that will manage the entire M&A process from end to end (Sourcing, valuation, negotiations, due diligence and post-merger integration. You will be heavily involved in all stages of the M&A process. Our geographic focus would be on the SEA region, so there are bonus points if you like Banthat Thong Road or Phan Xich Long Street.

Job Profile Summary
Based in Singapore, the role will focus on Corporate Finance advisory services (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic advisory) and related activities and will be involved in the support of origination and eecution of Corporate Finance transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support for origination efforts across various sectors and countries
- Assist in originating and marketing corporate finance mandates.

Provide support in transaction eecution
- Support with project management and process control.
