  • Oversee timesheet submissions for membership sales teams (both permanent and ad-hoc staff).
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the membership sales team as needed.

6. Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to provide data support for ongoing or upcoming campaigns.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance related to sales, memberships, or customer acquisition.

7. Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned in relation to sales operations or cross-functional campaigns.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, CRM management, or membership program coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Roller) and data segmentation tools is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling large datasets for filtering, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across departments (sales, marketing, operations).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Comfortable with a mix of desk work (data/system handling) and on-ground team support.
