Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Be a key member of the C-Suits, working closely with the leadership team, lead a team of Finance professionals overseeing all financial operations, including but not limited to FP&A, treasury, tax, accounting, risk management, and investor relations.
- Develop financial strategies aligned with the company’s aggressive growth plans in Asia’s data infrastructure sector.
- Lead preparations for a potential SGX/HKEX IPO, including structuring, due diligence, and regulatory compliance and procedures.
- Manage relationships with investment banks, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators.
- Act as the primary liaison for institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Craft compelling equity narratives and financial communications.
- Implement scalable financial systems to support international operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO/Deputy CFO roles in data infrastructure, tech, real estate, or related asset-heavy sectors.
- Proven track record in executing IPOs (SGX/HKEX preferred) or senior investment banking experience (ECM, IPO transactions).
- Deep understanding of data center economics (CAPEX/OPEX models, PPA agreements) and Asia-Pacific market dynamics.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with China-based headquarters and regional stakeholders.
- Strong network with funds and other institutional investors.
