Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including financial and management reporting, treasury, compliance, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications.
- Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a broad range of finance and accounting activities within a large organization with overseas subsidiaries.
- Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles, such as Financial Controller or Finance Director.
- Experience with SGX-listed companies is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
