This is an office-based customer service role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and have experience in customer service. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, and alternate Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm.

  • Answer calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Issue sales orders as required, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly, providing clear and concise information.
  • Prepare quotations for customers, tailoring them to meet their specific needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
