We are an early-stage startup building a local lifestyle & UGC platform in Singapore. We are looking for an Operations Manager who can combine strategic business analysis with hands- on execution. Responsibilities Business Analysis
•Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user interviews to evaluate new

•Track and analyze key metrics (orders, retention, engagement, fulfillment rate) to refine strategy and operations.
UGC Content Ecosystem
• Develop strategies for creator recruitment, incentives, and retention to boost content supply
and user engagement.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize content distribution and
recommendation mechanisms.
• Run UGC campaigns (topics, referral programs, incentives) to drive participation and growth.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in internet operations, consulting, VC research, or early-stage startups.
• Strong background in market research and business analysis; able to synthesize insights into
strategic direction.
• Hands-on experience in 0-to-1 operations, ideally in UGC platforms or O2O/on-demand
services.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or equivalents).
