Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Client Relationship located in Singapore. The Investment Client Relationship will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of our clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to grow the client base. The Investment Client Relationship will also work closely with other teams to develop investment solutions tailored to the clients' needs, and keep up-to-date with market trends and industry news.
This is mainly a sales role and candidates should possess below requirements.
• Candidate must already have a pool of accredited investors.
• At least some form of experience in investment management, financial planning, portfolio management or related fields
• Proven record of effectively guiding clients through investment processes while managing expectations will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of the financial market trends, investment products and strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.

About the Role:
Integral Ad Science is seeking an experienced APAC Agency Partnership and Investment Director to join the Global Agency Development team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for accelerating the APAC agency revenue growth across our portfolio offerings. You will partner with agency development, local sales and internal teams to structure innovative, financially sound, and mutually beneficial Holding Company Partnerships. Responsibilities
Deal Structuring:
- This role will focus on developing the APAC commercial partnership programme across Holding Company and large agencies locally and regionally. Partnering closely with our Global Agency Partnership Leaders, regional sales leadership and local sales, accompanying them on client engagements as needed
- Develop and deliver agency partnerships that balance needs of the business and agency, maximizing revenue growth and minimizing risk, considering each unique local market’s needs and regulations
- Act as expertise on agency commercial partnership strategy, constructs, operations, and resolution of deal issues and sales escalations.
- Collaborate with local market teams, supporting the creation of local market partnership models, trading and pricing strategies focusing on revenue growth
- Manage the internal approval process across all stakeholders, investment operational best practices and track progress to ensure objectives are being achieved
- As part of the Global Agency Partnership & Development team, support the creation and execution of the wider Holding Company strategic endeavors, developing true strategic alliances and revenue growth
- Partner in a trusted advisor capacity to Global Agency Partnership leadership, regional sales teams and other internal partners to develop strategies that both optimize revenue and protect margins.
- Collaborate to identify market opportunities and trends. Continuously challenge and iterate the agency incentives strategy based on changing market dynamics and customer requirements, driving innovation in approach to market
- Stay close to Global Agency Development to understand challenges and demand gaps in order to create partnerships to address key business and local market challenges.
Stakeholder Alignment
- Collaborate with Pricing, Finance, Accounting, Legal and Sales Operations to optimize contract terms and close deals, while putting compliance and profitability first
- Partner with our Global Agency Development team and regional sales leadership to identify opportunities and strategies to enter into strategic commercials with key agencies both regionally and locally.

About you:
- Bachelor Degree
- 10-15 years in digital marketing
- Experience in media buying, trading, or a similar role across the APAC Region
- Experience of either working for or partnering closely with Media agencies and have existing relationships with Senior Agency APAC Investment leaders
- Extensive program and process management experience with demonstrated experience in developing end-to-end process to support complex business problem
- Experience leading cross-functional groups to debate tradeoffs, drive alignment and make high-judgment decisions related to critical partnerships/projects
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze profitability of a long-term partnership
- Highly skilled in structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading internal groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
