Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist BD Director in managing program related issues and correspondences
  • Coordinate and work with tool and assembly equipment suppliers to ensure smooth program launches
  • Design work flows and optimise production layout together with production department to improve machine efficiency
  • Source and gather tooling and components quotation from supplier for initial project start up
  • Work on new quotation and packaging requirement for new parts requirement
  • Support production and quality departments to troubleshoot the processing & quality issues pertaining to plastic parts
  • Monitor and track progresses on the program activities
  • Provide customer support and response to customer enquiries on time
  • Update all tooling activities and bill of materials and project review records
  • Follow up and track on engineering changes for each tooling
  • Coordinate all mold trials activities
  • Design and work with supplier for jig and fixture required for secondary processes
  • Prepare periodically tool-life report for customer
  • Any other duties as and when assigned
Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of project management & production process
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Independent, good initiative and able to multitask in fast paced environment
  • Experience in handling Healthcare product is an advantage

In 2024, KOCCA launched its Singapore Business Centre to serve as a hub for facilitating market entry and expanding partnerships between Korean content companies and Singapore. (Recruitment Overview)

- Open Position: Business Development & Marketing (1 position)

- Position Responsibilities
  • Planning and executing business programs and events to support Korean companies' market exploration in Singapore
  • Analysing companies seeking entry into the Singaporean market or participating in the programs, and identifying suitable counterpart companies for collaboration
  • Social media campaign and postings to publicize event and KOCCA Singapore to stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships with relevant governments, government agencies, media Organisations (TV, music, gaming, etc.), investors, and other key stakeholders
  • Overseeing office management tasks, coordinating meetings and schedules for the Regional Director, and handling ad-hoc requests
(Working Conditions)
  • Contract Type: Annual contract, with terms based on experience, responsibilities, and KOCCA's internal policies.
  • Probation: 3-month probationary period, followed by performance evaluation for contract continuation.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Location: KOCCA Singapore Business Centre (Shenton Way, Central Business District)
  • Holidays: In accordance with Singapore labour laws and designated holidays by the Korean Embassy.
(Eligibility Criteria)
  • Status: Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or individuals legally authorized to work in Singapore.
  • Language Proficiency: Working-level Korean proficiency is preferred for general communication with headquarters, but not mandatory.

(Remuneration)
