Our role combines on-the-ground execution with data-driven problem solving, directly supporting Shopee's commitment to fast, reliable delivery and strong seller and buyer experiences. This is a high-travel role — with significant time spent on-site at fulfillment centers across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Shopee fulfillment centers (FCs) across the region to lead the design and on-site implementation of operational improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse leaders and site teams to identify root causes of issues, design workable solutions, and implement changes directly with ground teams
- Manage initiatives end-to-end: define the problem, set clear KPIs, execute pilots, measure outcomes, and scale successful solutions
