Job Description
- Analyse and interpret operational data to identify operational issues and provide solutions which optimise service levels, efficiency and overall process flows
- Develop and prepare regular statistical reports and monitoring tools on project operation performance – performance reports, productivity reports, lost orders reports, stuck orders reports etc
- Perform reviews of standard operating procedures to streamline and automate operations

- Comfortable with using SQL to extract data and explore patterns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Able to perform analysis independently and present professionally
