Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. They are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities- Oversee the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Connect operational activities with P&L outcomes, ensuring that all operations contribute to the branch's financial goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage staffing levels, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Ensure the branch facility is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and meet sales targets. Implement and monitor branch policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance, identify and address operational issues, improving overall branch performance.
- Several years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the retail, cinema, or indoor theme park industry is preferred
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Responsible for leading a team of Sales Account Managers with focus in managing accounts and achieving sales objectives.
- Manages a branch sales program that results in the satisfactory achievement of gross profit, revenue generation, operating expense control, inventory management, on-time delivery performance and quality performance metrics.

- Proven track record in successful sales / distribution experience with ability to meet goals and objectives.
