About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated
SAP HCM Security Consultant
to provide operational support and consultancy for authorization requirements, access controls, and workflow enhancements within the e-HR system. The role will involve close collaboration with authority stakeholders, vendors, and users to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations across SAP HCM and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
Provide consultancy to business users on changes to authorization requirements, access controls, workflow, and routing needs.
Collaborate with authority, vendors, and users to troubleshoot authorization and workflow issues.
Support requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and ensure compliance with SOD, need-to-know basis, and least privilege principles.
Prepare and update project documentation, including user requirement specifications, functional design (HR Reference Model), and technical design documents (Authorization Matrices, Authorization Databases).
Perform technical profiling of authorizations and update structural authorization profiles to reflect organizational changes.
Handle operational day-to-day support activities, including ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and issue escalation.
Resolve technical problems related to access rights, roles, and authorizations across SAP, Windows, WebLogic, and Database systems.
Ensure tested authorizations are transported correctly across test and production environments.
Conduct authorization housekeeping in non-production environments.
Monitor authorization-related batch jobs such as automated account provisioning and deprovisioning, and propose improvements.
Perform control reviews, risk assessments, and support internal and external audit requests.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
Required Competencies
Good understanding of SAP HCM data design (preferred).
Knowledge of SAP user provisioning and indirect role assignment.
Familiarity with security audit logs and compliance requirements.
Strong skills in SQL programming and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills.
Proactive team player with a responsible, responsive, and conscientious work ethic.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of IT working experience.
Experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.
