We are seeking a proactive System Support Engineer to join a fast-growing Singapore-based technology solutions provider specializing in AI, IoT, and physical security systems. This role involves supporting sales growth initiatives across Southeast Asia by delivering expert pre- and post-sales technical support and system integration services.
What You'll Do
- Lead diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex software and hardware issues.
- Provide technical support for product installations and audits.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product roadmaps.
- Engage directly with customers to understand and resolve technical challenges.
- Design system solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate issue logs and follow escalation procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in system support or engineering roles.
- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux OS, MS Windows Server, and PC hardware.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, LAN/VLAN, firewalls, and IT protocols (SNMP, Modbus, HTTP/S, FTP/SCP).
- Familiarity with physical security systems and digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with data center systems (BMS, DCIM) is a plus.

Job Requirements:

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support and system administration.
