Role Description:

We're hiring a hands-on management consultant associate to help move us from ideation to testing, to a validated MVP. It will be a flexible, remote and a non-paid internship. If you want to learn more about startups, business development and how to strategise the growth of startup, you will fit our hiring agenda. You'll partner closely with the founder to translate our wellness vision into a concrete go-to-market plan, early product economics, and operational systems that let us test ideas quickly and responsibly. About you:
  • Degree holder
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience within banking industry at a management consulting firm, or management function within a financial firm with long term exposure to project delivery
  • Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management
  • Strong network within financial services industry
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and emerging opportunities

    Experience in developing tailored consulting solutions that address key challenges such as digital transformation, customer acquisition, risk management, operational efficiency, and so on
  • A detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies both business and technology play in a client's organisation
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams across projects or workstreams
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualize solutions
  • Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders
