Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support retail staff daily
- Train new team members and develop their skills
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Manage store opening/closing and maintain store standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in retail/business is a plus)
- Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and organized
- Flexible for weekends and public holidays
- Familiar with POS systems and retail software

- $0/hour, 12/hour on public holidays
- Minimum 3 days/week
