Retail Supervisor / Part-Time Retail Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support retail staff daily
  • Train new team members and develop their skills
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Manage store opening/closing and maintain store standards
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in retail/business is a plus)
  • Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and organized
  • Flexible for weekends and public holidays
  • Familiar with POS systems and retail software

Part-Time:

  • $0/hour, 12/hour on public holidays
  • Minimum 3 days/week

  • Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
  • Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
